  • Your achievements:
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising or can demonstrate equivalent experience.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Service.
  • Your contribution:
  • You have knowledge of Momentis or any other ERP system.
  • You have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Excel is required.
  • You are highly analytical and detail-oriented with a strong business and financial acumen.
  • Communication skills.
  • You have strong problem-solving abilities and are resourceful.
  • You have excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
  • You have effective written and verbal communication skills, in French and English.

Responsibilities

  • You will provide exceptional account service to our wholesale customers through phone and email.
  • You will enter data as required.
  • You will support the wholesale sales teams to troubleshoot any problems they might have.
  • You will be responsible for processing boutique and specialty customer orders, communicating to the sales rep once an order has been fulfilled.
  • You will send the sales team open order reports twice a week, and as needed.
