Requirements

Assist in monthly / quarterly financial books closure.
Own specific areas during the close process
Liaise with the business owners for the inputs related to the accounting and book keeping.
Assist in maintaining the internal control environment related to the financial reporting
Assist in preparation of reconciliations
Assist in preparation of financials statements footnotes
Liaison with the bankers on any payments / receipts related issues
Assist in the corporate tax matters
Assist in preparation of operation process notes and memos
