Responsibilities

  • Participates in initiatives and projects to continuously improve financial accounting and reporting processes within Accounts Payable.
  • Processing vendor payments, ensuring accurate tracking and processing.
  • Performing necessary activities (including vendor payments) within the accounts payable area to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Executing analysis and reports as assigned and taking appropriate action as necessary.
  • Compiling with and helping to achieve internal control over financial reporting compliance in accounts payable for applicable templates.
  • Analyst should be having the end-to-end knowledge on the payment team CARS and should be able to provide the walkthrough with the auditors.
  • Should be able to work on the payment report by initiating the payment in SAP using F110.
  • Should be able to work on the excel sheets by formatting and sharing the report to the business user.
  • Payment analyst should be able to handle the email query and work with the business user over the calls and resolve the payment related query.
  • Participating in internal control testing and prepares relevant documentation.
  • Ensuring all relevant stakeholders are aware of progress and/or issues to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Checking invoices to verify that they comply with the fiscal and internal control requirements.
