Responsibilities

  • Travailler en collaboration avec vos clients internes (principalement IT) et leurs équipes afin de mener à bien les négociations et contrats des projets liés à l’infrastructure ou au domaine applicatif
  • Accompagner les équipes IT de l’expression du besoin jusqu’à la contractualisation
  • Être le principal interlocuteur d’une ou plusieurs BIS et s’assurer du suivi régulier des projets et des opportunités d’efficacités de la BIS
  • S’assurer que la sourcing strategy et les recommandations des projets sont alignées avec la stratégie de la catégorie correspondante (Software, End User Services, Telecom, Outsourcing)
  • Maîtriser la complexité et les opportunités des marchés fournisseurs IT et posséder une vision globale et pertinente des besoins et pratiques Achats
  • Organiser et piloter les négociations fournisseurs conformément aux objectifs
  • Elaborer et communiquer la recommandation du Procurement en termes de sélection fournisseurs
  • Piloter les négociations « Spot » et identifier les éventuelles opportunités de Quick Wins
  • S’assurer de la mise en place de contrats ou avenants et mettre à jour régulièrement la base contrat
  • Mesurer, enregistrer sur Smat Procurement, et communiquer les savings générés par vos projets
