What is the primary responsibility of the Acquisitions & Estates Manager?
The primary responsibility is to assist the Head of Property in delivering the Group’s property strategy for the UK & ROI, which includes managing lease renewals, regears, disposals, dilapidations, and rent reviews.

You need a minimum of 3 years of post MRICS qualification experience operating within the retail property market.

Required skills include a full understanding of the negotiation process related to lease arrangements, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, strong planning and organizational skills, and advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel.
