Responsibilities

  • Vous adoptez une posture de coach dont l’objectif est de favoriser la croissance et l’évolution de vos collaborateurs, de les motiver et de créer une cohésion au sein des équipes
  • Vous êtes garant(e) du respect des règles, des directives internes, et du suivi des procédures du front et du back office
  • Vous réalisez le suivi des flux financiers en lien avec le service comptabilité, les stocks, et les liens avec les prestataires
  • Vous participez à la gestion opérationnelle de l’activité en animant des briefs adaptés, en assurant le suivi des plannings et en participant aux ouvertures ou fermetures de la Boutique avec le support de nos premiers vendeurs
  • Vous pilotez et animez les objectifs et les indicateurs de performance individuels et collectifs (exemple : challenges commerciaux)
  • Vous gérez les flux de la boutique, son organisation sur le terrain et les réclamations complexes
