  • Client and Premium Services: You deliver exceptional service to premium clientele by addressing inquiries promptly, managing shared inboxes, supporting sales representatives, overseeing suite inventory and pricing, and ensuring seamless game-day experiences.
  • Ticketing and Data Management: You manage internal ticket processing, account maintenance, and data platform tasks, including ticket exchanges, credit redemption, and updating account and contact information.
