Responsibilities

  • Du kümmerst dich in Zusammenarbeit mit dem zentralen Accounting in der Homebase um das Debitoren- und Kreditorenmanagement, bearbeitest Mahnungsvorschlagslisten und kümmerst dich um alles rund um die Prüfung und Kontierung von Eingangsrechnungen
  • Du prüfst die Tagesabschlüsse, verwaltest die Kassen und bereitest den Monatsabschluss inklusive Inventur und Rückstellungen vor
  • Du bist als Finanzgenie beratend und unterstützend für alle Mitarbeiter präsent und bildest die Schnittstelle zwischen General Manager und Finance-Abteilung im Head Office
  • Du bist nicht nur der Herr über das Geld im Haus, sondern wachst mit Adleraugen und Genauigkeit über die Zahlen, damit auch die kleinste Abweichung erkannt wird
  • Du koordinierst die Erstellung des Hotelbudgets und die Auswertung der Reports für die monatlichen Finance Meetings gemeinsam mit dem General Manager
