Responsibilities

  • Gérer les activités quotidiennes et déterminer importantes matters concernant les informations entrantes, anticiper les besoins et aligner les priorités pour atteindre les objectifs
  • Préparer le matériel nécessaire pour les réunions programmées
  • Réserver les arrangements de voyage, y compris l'itinéraire de voyage, les réservations d'hôtel et de transport
  • Préparer et consolider les notes de frais, d'autres documents financiers et préparer tous les types de documents (correspondances, rapports, mémos, etc.) dans les styles et formats requis
  • Mettre à jour les organigrammes et les listes téléphoniques
  • Développer des outils et des documents de rapport pour soutenir les objectifs exécutifs en utilisant Microsoft Excel, Word et PowerPoint comme outils principaux
  • Gérer / distribuer le courrier entrant / sortant
  • Rédiger la correspondance interne et externe en français et en anglais
