Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the VP, Value Chain Optimization, and the Value Chain Optimization Organization
  • Provide administrative support to the business unit. Works independently and proactively on numerous complex administrative tasks.
  • Provide support to Value Chain Optimization Group Coordinating all office, calendar, and administrative support duties for the VP of Value Chain Optimization
  • Scheduling meetings and supporting events, including catering arrangements, e.g., organizing appropriately sized rooms, ensuring supplies and technology are available for the meeting, ordering food as required in appropriate quantities, coordinating material and supplies, organizing meeting times that are acceptable for the attendees, resolving conflicts as necessary.
  • Serve as Management and Subject Matter Expert of the Margin Improvement project software (Wave) to provide reports and tools to the VCO Leadership Team and Initiative Owners to drive value sustainability of executed projects and continuous margin improvement through newly identified initiatives.
  • Preparing, coordinating, and managing travel plans.
  • Processing expense reports.
  • Act as additional Support for Commercial floor Functional level Managers
  • At the Functional or Commodity Team level – Help with meeting and event coordination such as Group Dinners, Breakfast/Lunch Catering, conferences, and teleconferences across multiple calendars, commodity/functions, global gatherings.
  • At the Functional or Commodity Team level - Assist with external visitor arrangements, meeting rooms and security registration.
  • Manage floor Supplies- Office/Printing/Coffee Bar
  • Ordering office supplies, printing & coffee bar supplies.
  • Stocking printing & coffee bar supplies.
  • Manage floor Shipping & Mail Delivery
  • Notify recipients that they have mail to collect.
  • Assist floor occupants with preparing shipping labels.
  • Communicate with mail room as needed.
  • Conference room refresh - weekly
