Responsibilities

  • - Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant team with high degree of initiative, confidentiality and professional demeanor.
  • - Prepare expense reports in a timely fashion, with proper receipts and job codes provided.
  • - Assist in planning and managing department and team meetings, arranging appropriate conference room reservations and catering.
  • - Ensure conference room equipment is operating and rooms are setup for meetings; understand how to operate equipment and provide assistance when needed; escalate problems to IT.
  • - Understand overall agency operation and basic knowledge of Groupe, department, team and clients.
  • - Maintain professional and courteous relationship with co-workers, executives, vendors, clients and guests.
  • - Continually prioritize tasks and be able to effectively communicate delivery expectations to stakeholders.
  • - Input weekly timesheet.
