Responsibilities

  • Performs complex administrative duties including responding for executives when they are unavailable, composing correspondence, and coordinating resources across corporate functions.
  • Develops and implements office procedures and processes related to coordination of interoffice communication, records, systems, and collateral materials.
  • Helps identify opportunities to minimize defects and improve process outcomes within the office environment. Provides proactive and creative recommendations to enhance the efficiency and quality of work.
  • Handles various administrative details with initiative and good judgment, including typing, answering multiple phone lines, indexing and filing documents, making copies, handling travel arrangements, and scheduling meetings.
  • Maintains Service Line Teamrooms and assists with editing and maintaining of BHS related materials.
  • Assists with projects across BHS strategic planning.
  • Coordinates workshops, training, all hands team meetings (onsite and offsite).
  • Provides assistance to BHS Senior Leadership team with reporting and MOR Preparation.
  • Assists with onboarding and exit activities and maintains appropriate files; collaborates with facility contacts to ensure proper equipment and access set up/termination. Supports interview process by scheduling in-person interviews, arranging travel as needed, gathering and processing feedback forms.
  • Assists with onboarding of new hires on corporate campus and in the field and maintains appropriate employee files.
  • Represents the Service Line President and BHS Senior Leadership team for office related projects and has authority to act autonomously, using sound judgement.
  • Works closely and acts as a liaison between BHS Senior Leadership team, Division Vice Presidents and Market Leaders.
  • Supports field team on a daily basis as needed.
  • Ensures adequacy of office supplies and equipment.
  • Attends meetings as assigned and reporting on actions.
  • Participates in educational activities and programs.
  • Works both independently and as a part of a team within a highly matrixed work environment.
  • Maintains strictest confidentiality.
