Responsibilities

  • Provide legal support services.
  • Assist with prebills as requested, including proofreading and editing.
  • Troubleshoot billing and insurance related issues.
  • Assist with preparing for presentations as needed (i.e. generating training and pitch materials).
  • Prepare client engagement letters.
  • Close case matters.
  • Word processing/document creation as requested.
  • Function as liaison and troubleshooter with internal departments and outside contacts on administrative and legal issues as needed and requested.
  • Process invoices and monthly expense reports in Concur.
  • Provide office services support.
  • Schedule/coordinate service calls as needed.
  • Monitor and order office and other supplies, including taking and maintaining inventory on a regular basis.
  • Provide other administrative assistance as appropriate and requested.
