Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Director of Research, you will play an integral role in supporting the Research Program. Using your superior organizational skills, you will coordinate the daily administrative aspects of the Director as well as support within the department.
  • Duties may include: telephone reception; data entry; booking meeting rooms and catering; scheduling and coordinate meetings, webinars and/or events; preparing agendas and documents for meetings; minute taking; formatting, reviewing, and sending out communications; filing; ordering supplies; processing invoices and expense reports; maintaining contact lists; managing databases and updating OASIS; assisting with payroll functions; managing the schedule of the Director; and other related duties as assigned.
  • You will be required to liaise with staff and leaders across the organization, external stakeholders, and privileged staff.
  • Some travel may be required to support across multiple sites.
