  • Prioritization, planning, and organizing multiple calendars and email accounts through Outlook for the Leaders.
  • Manages conference rooms, create and update presentations.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to interface with all levels of internal and external customers.

  • Experience in facilitating the set-up of meetings which include coordinate, schedule and e-mail meeting notices, reserve conference rooms, arrange video conference, prepare meeting rooms, print and post charts, set up teleconferences, drive charts and/or assist with Teams meetings.

Responsibilities

  • - Managing outlook calendars and e-mail accounts
  • - Effectively coordinating both International and Domestic travel arrangements and processing expense reports
  • - Assisting in preparation of briefing materials, including Power Point presentations
  • - Setup and support of a variety of meetings
  • - Provide administrative review of documents
  • - Interface with executive management at company, program and customer levels
  • - Work independently in preparing correspondence, letters, and reports
  • - Manage conference rooms, create and update presentations
  • - Facilitate the set-up of meetings which include coordinate, schedule and e-mail meeting notices, reserve conference rooms, arrange video conference, prepare meeting rooms, print and post charts, set up teleconferences, drive charts and/or assist with Teams meetings
