Responsibilities

  • Support the day to day activities of the Chief Compliance Officer (50%), Legal General Council (30%) and the Chief Accounting Officer (20%).
  • Be a close partner to your executives and teams with strong bias for action, while managing sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Provide seamless complex calendar management - scheduling external, internal, and sensitive meetings across multiple teams and time zones, while managing the executive's time and priorities.
  • Plan end-to-end detailed domestic and international travel itineraries.
  • Organize and prioritize time-sensitive information to ensure the action required is addressed.
  • Create project timelines and schedule Governance, Board and Exam Meetings on behalf of CCO's team.
  • Manage coordination and submission of expense reports, invoices, and POs.
  • Support special projects as time permits including but not limited to:
  • Events and logistics related offsites and team morale events.
  • Scheduling all subsidiary board, ARC workback and external regulator meetings.
  • Provide back-up coverage to the EBP team.
