Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Operations and Student Affairs Manager, this shared position provides high level administrative support to the Offices of Medical Education and the Office of Student Affairs. This role also includes administrative support for the Offices of Academic Support and Records and Registration, as well as, Assistant Deans / Directors of Curriculum, curriculum committees and subcommittees, and the Student Support Committee. This role will also provide significant administrative support for the Doctoring Program, will provide faculty evaluation reports, and work closely with the Senior Associate Dean for Medical Education to compile data for the Annual Undergraduate Medical Education Report. This position will also oversee parking for faculty and provide administrative backup to the Offices of Medical Education and Student Affairs. The Administrative Coordinator will also work with University partners and Medical School stakeholders to establish, maintain, and enhance cooperative and collaborative working relationships with students, staff, faculty, and community members.
