Responsibilities

  • Ensures timely coordination of department members’ administrative needs:
  • Manages multiple and/or or complex team calendars (Outlook)
  • Coordinates local and international travel, meeting arrangements, visitor accommodations, and processes expense reports for department travelers
  • Organizes meeting rooms, including logistics, catering and equipment needs
  • Prepare and process forms, documents and correspondence; anticipates, revises and sends correspondence Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports
  • Assisting with special projects
  • Coordinating processes including invoicing, purchase orders, mailings and courier/deliveries
  • Maintaining department email distribution lists
  • Preparing agendas and taking action-items as the need arises
