Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with all HR representatives, leaders, colleagues, and employees to strengthen and enhance the trust-based partnership within the organization.
  • Process high volumes of data transactions to support a variety of stakeholders.
  • Enter information from various sources, such as paper documents, spreadsheets, or digital forms, into databases or software systems.
  • Respond to inquiries from Employees, Supervisors and HR colleagues in relation to HR or Payroll policies and processes, whether received via telephone or through the case management system.
  • Perform all job-event HR transactional and data changes ensuring that the data entered is accurate and free from errors by cross-checking it against all resource documents or sources.
  • Organize and categorize data for easy retrieval and analysis, often creating and maintaining files and records.
  • Perform regular audits and checks on the data to ensure its integrity and reliability over time.
  • Work with internal subject matter experts (SME’s) and other departments to resolve questions and processing issues.
  • Adhere to established protocols and effectively utilize the case management system (ServiceNow) to ensure high case quality, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain accurate case metrics.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to employees within our diverse organization who are looking for additional information related to HR services or appropriately redirecting their inquiries.
  • Investigate and identify solutions for any data issues that are hindering replication or leading to payroll errors. Record errors and data solutions in our knowledge base reference document for future situations. This will facilitate troubleshooting and help identify patterns to determine root causes more effectively.
  • Achieve mastery of HRSC knowledge by engaging in cross training activities to up skill your ongoing personal knowledge and experience of all areas within the HRSC group.
  • Achieve a good understanding of HR policies and procedures to make administrative and procedural recommendations and exercise judgment on sensitive issues in alignment with corporate policy/regulations.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and continuous improvement initiatives within the HRSC by engaging in activities like reviewing and updating process documentation and refining team practices.
  • Ensure that your work is managed effectively and efficiently through company systems and that you are adaptable and supportive of any new or changing technologies.
  • Safeguard employee privacy, including confidentiality and protection of sensitive information.
  • Participate in HRSC projects or support other HR colleagues as required.
