Responsibilities

  • Provide personal assistance to the Senior Management Team i.e. note taking and diary management.
  • Undertake compliance checks such as 'Know Your Client' and anti-money laundering clearance processes.
  • Assist in preparing/formatting presentations, letters and reports.
  • Keep client databases and contact information up-to-date.
  • Coordinate staff travel and accommodation for team members as required.
  • Engage in marketing support activities i.e. facilitating and coordinating client events.
