  • Act as a supporting point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and outcomes.
  • Facilitate communication between the analytics team, business units, and external partners.
  • Ensure that the team is aligned on priorities and that the team understand the tasks.
  • Prepare concise and informative executive summaries of project statuses, highlighting key achievements, risks, and issues.
  • Develop and maintain a structured and consistent process for reporting project status.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources, clear prioritization of tasks, and alignment with project milestones.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive project progress and resolve issues through proactive engagement.
  • Collaborate with product owners and technical leads to manage and prioritize the backlog.
  • Support in defining structures and cadences for project delivery, including establishing acceptance criteria, code reviews, unit testing and performance testing, UAT windows and deployments.
  • Support resource planning on a continuous 12-month basis, focusing on roadmapping project deliverables to meet strategic goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day execution, planning, and reporting of non-agile initiatives, ensuring effective implementation.
  • Maintain project documentation, including requirements, issue logs, meeting minutes and UAT results.
  • Establish clarity and consistency in all process and development documentation required across project types and technologies.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure transparency and visibility into the Agile process by maintaining accurate sprint reports, burndown charts, and other metrics from Azure DevOps.
  • Use visualization tools to help create clear and impactful reports that detail current projects in flight, whether they are on track, behind schedule, or at risk.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics such as velocity, burndown, and capacity planning to identify areas of improvement.
