Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to identify strategic key business objectives and provide solution recommendations while performing business proofs and management consulting analysis
  • Oversee tribe-wide Agile processes, including Quarterly Business Review (QBR) planning and sprint coordination, in partnership with Technology Leads, Product Owners, Product Managers to orchestrate comprehensive delivery plans, while managing scope, costs, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Execution of program and project management, e.g.: project delivery, timelines/milestones, project progress monitoring, status reports
  • Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kick-off and ensure effective completion of project milestones
  • Enhancing the existing Agile culture of the tribe through coaching and leadership, combining training and collaboration alongside processes and tools, to push the tribe further along its Agile transformation and delivery model
