Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Python and its applications in AI/ML. Basic understanding of AI concepts and trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
  • Self-Driven: Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and seek help when needed. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Learning Aptitude: Eagerness to learn new technologies and apply them in practical scenarios. Willingness to explore and compare different AI models and their use in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

  • AI Advocacy: Promoting Snyk’s AI offerings by educating internal teams and external stakeholders, including developers and security professionals, about the value and use cases of our AI solutions in application security.
  • Content Creation: Developing engaging and easy-to-understand content (blog posts, tutorials, webinars, and demo applications) to highlight the benefits of using AI in application development and security.
  • Community Engagement: Engaging with the developer and security community through events, conferences, and meetups to discuss and advocate for our AI solutions.
  • Product Input: Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to provide user insights and feedback, contributing to the development and direction of our AI offerings.
  • Learning and Research: Continuously learning about different AI models and their applications in cybersecurity, and sharing findings through written and spoken communication.
