Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analysis, financial modelling, and pricing for transactions.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive consideration of all financial and commercial aspects of potential transactions.
  • Oversee all lease-related finances, such as rent, maintenance reserves, and invoicing.
  • Develop forecasts to optimize returns and minimize risk.
  • Support in aircraft novation/sale processes, including reviewing lease documentation provisions and releasing relevant documentation.
  • Contribute to acquisition and asset management strategies.
  • Assist in sourcing and originating deals, participating in discussions with counterparties and RFP processes.
  • Prepare and review aircraft purchase price calculations.
  • Manage LOI and transaction-related workflows efficiently.
  • Act as a Transaction Manager across different transaction types, ensuring adherence to all processes.
  • Cultivate relationships with external and internal stakeholders to expedite deal closures.
  • Handle daily administration tasks for aircraft lease contracts, including coordination with airlines for lease deliverables.
  • Administer letters of credit, security deposits, and maintenance funds with precision and accuracy.
  • Monitor bank accounts for receivables and address any debt issues promptly.
  • Review and summarize leases for new assets.
  • Manage assets on the International Registry of Mobile Assets.
  • Fulfil any other duties as required by the company.
