Responsibilities

  • The incumbent will develop a solid understanding of regions and products across GPB and be able to articulate trends and business drivers for management decision support and works very closely with Regional CFO and CEO teams to provide management insights, reporting and analytics.
  • Responsible for weekly reporting for GPB business which include key business metrics. This includes revenues, flows, balances, headcount & expense, or profitability, where you will be expected to deliver value-added financial reporting and analysis and assist with strategic decision making.
  • Work with various Essbase and database interfaces to manage reporting changes.
  • Participate in annual planning / forecasting process for revenues, flows and balances which involves financial modeling, coordinating, and consolidating submissions from CFO teams as well as preparing management presentations.
  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses for management meetings and strategic reviews using Tableau as the primary tool (e.g., Operating Committee Review, Regional Business and Finance Townhall, Investor Day, etc.)
  • Enhance controls and streamline processes, introducing automation where possible. Calculation and consolidation of the month-end results and the forecast for the remainder of the year.
  • Developing metrics, creating presentations, and generally providing financial analysis on a variety of topics to senior management.
  • Helping design new reports and dashboards to efficiently deliver the financial results to senior management and Contribute ideas around improving reporting capabilities and new projects.
