Responsibilities

  • Responsible for analyzing, compiling and communicating out daily, weekly and monthly Park & Resort Operations reports, maintained by Ops/Tech Base. Creates reports to illustrate this information in a pleasant and comprehensible manner.
  • Completes departments role in Finance and Attendance Reports (FLASH) approvals to ensure information is accurate and entered in a timely manner for daily approvals
  • Works closely with other divisions to assist with internal reporting requests, data comparisons and the research of data trends.
  • Populate and analyze Department tracking reports to monitor inventory levels, supply levels and call volumes, throughout Ops/Tech Base.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
