Responsibilities

  • Designs, creates, and implements event forecasting data collection processes, program analysis models, and market forecasting tools for commercial fleet programs throughout the Sector.
  • Provides consultation and ongoing support / mentorship to Program Management and Commercial Solutions personnel in the Sector in data collection, program analysis and risk management methodologies and techniques for the purpose of program financial reconciliations and managing overall program health.
  • Gathers and reviews event cost and work scope data from a variety of sources and periodically assists business units in developing baseline cost models for bid and strategic planning purposes, and measuring actual work scope cost against baseline.
  • Responsible for ensuring program financial models are as accurate as possible and meet established criteria for business plans.
