The primary responsibility is to analyze investment reporting, acquisitions, developments, and dispositions of seniors housing and age-restricted multifamily assets.
What kind of experience is preferred for this position?
A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in commercial real estate, healthcare investing, lending, investment banking, equity research, or investment sales is preferred.
What educational background is required for this role?
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
Will I be involved in the full transaction cycle?
Yes, you will assist throughout the full transaction cycle, including assessing and executing acquisition and development opportunities.
What type of analysis will I be conducting in this role?
You will conduct in-depth market research, property underwriting, demographic analysis, and utilization analysis.
Are there opportunities for ongoing asset management in this position?
Yes, you will assist with ongoing asset management, including monitoring and evaluating operator and property performance.
Is there an opportunity for travel in this job?
Yes, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
