Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in the monthly close process including posting journal entries, performing reconciliations, and closing the legal entity books
  • Assist with Marketplace accounting including monthly accrual calculations, settlement reconciliations and fund drawdowns
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of sales reporting
  • Reconcile cash sales and receivables
  • Monitor bank statement application tool and ensure data completeness
  • Ensure data integrity across reporting systems
  • Liaise with Concession stores and Marketplace partners
  • Support stores with sales reporting and finance queries on adhoc matters as well as relating to new store openings
  • Develop strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams including Treasury, IT, Tax and Retail Operations
  • Support the wider Control Finance team on current initiatives and AOP approved projects
