Responsibilities

Management and oversight of a team of accounting professionals
Lead delivery of a portfolio of client engagements
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships including the development of relationships with team members across all Mazars practices to serve client needs.
Review of management accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Manage and review portfolio of clients for vat reporting on a bi monthly/quarterly/annual basis (incl VIES & Interstate)
Engage with clients during the year to review their accounting system to ensure that the AOS department is receiving better quality information from clients.
Managing and motivating client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds
Drive high-quality service delivery within expected timeframes and on budget
Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate to new knowledge and possess good business acumen
Contribute towards department financial objectives for billing, net fee income and cash collection
