Responsibilities

  • Management and oversight of a team of accounting professionals
  • Lead delivery of a portfolio of client engagements
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships including the development of relationships with team members across all Mazars practices to serve client needs.
  • Review of management accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Manage and review portfolio of clients for vat reporting on a bi monthly/quarterly/annual basis (incl VIES & Interstate)
  • Engage with clients during the year to review their accounting system to ensure that the AOS department is receiving better quality information from clients.
  • Managing and motivating client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds
  • Drive high-quality service delivery within expected timeframes and on budget
  • Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
  • Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate to new knowledge and possess good business acumen
  • Contribute towards department financial objectives for billing, net fee income and cash collection
