Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in an IT related discipline
3-7 years’ experience working in a production support function
Basic understanding of one or more global market asset classes
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with an ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with various stakeholders across various teams
Exposure to trading systems [EMSX, Flextrade or similar EMS systems] and understanding of OMS order flow
Essential technical skills: FIX, Unix, SQL
Experience with Python preferable
Must be flexible with work hours and/or expected to respond to and troubleshoot issues

Responsibilities

Responsible for the administration, monitoring and maintenance of Capstone's core trading and risk platform
Developing deep relationships with our investment teams and responding to issues to provide a world class support function
Collaboration with internal partners including middle office, treasury and operations
Managing multiple external relationships including our external counterparties, oms vendors and our market data providers
Real time prioritization and timely resolution of mission critical issues
Perform QA testing for new functionality
Ensure trading systems are performing as intended through series of system checks
