  • Ensure CSOs adhere to beat plans, achieve daily sales targets, and track daily sales, providing reports to MIS Executives/Area Sales Managers.
  • Review CSO and Senior CSO on a regular basis and improve their sales pitch.
  • Ensures the Schemes and Trade Marketing plan are understood by CSOs to ensure sales revenue.
