Requirements

  • Experience in an artworker role, ideally in an agency or studio environment.
  • A broad portfolio of work demonstrating creative application and implementation, showcasing skills in layout and typography across both digital and print projects.
  • High proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
  • Excellent command of Google Slides, presentation and layout design.
  • Working independently on projects as well as managing the flow of projects efficiently within the team to maintain both quality control and deadline.
  • Excellent art working skills & attention to detail. A creative eye, a passion for graphic design and are highly organised with excellent typography and layout skills.
  • Translating design and art working it into various sizes and formats for bespoke output.
  • Templates and master document management.
  • Evidence of following brand guidelines for creative projects.
  • Working to ensure process and output match quality and timelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • - Deliver consistent and accurate final artwork across a variety of media, internal comms, digital assets and OOH
  • - Work alongside designers and copywriters, as well as the wider Marketing team and across the company
  • - Provide a high level of technical expertise and ensure all work adheres to visual identity criteria
  • - Work independently to answer a brief while also collaborating with the wider team
  • - Manage the flow of projects efficiently within the team to maintain both quality control and deadlines
  • - Translate design and artwork into various sizes and formats for bespoke output
  • - Manage templates and master documents
  • - Follow brand guidelines for creative projects
