  • Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in biology, botany, ecology, environmental planning, or related field

  • Experience with Arizona regulations related to entitlement for complex infrastructure projects
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with an interest to learn and grow as a project team

Responsibilities

  • May be involved with all or a selection of the following, individually or as part of a team:
  • Preparation and review of documents requiring regulatory agency submittal including but not limited to critical issues analysis, permitting framework plans, pre-construction surveys, species and resource specific protection or avoidance plans, monthly reports, and regulatory entitlement packages
  • Engagement and coordination with multiple stakeholders including permittees, technical specialists, and construction management personnel
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and scopes of work
