Responsibilities

  • Work with internal and external partners in the vinyl record release process
  • Coordinate various asset management workflows (Digital Audio, Physical Assets, Video, Graphics)
  • Manage audio and video assets for frontline releases, working with DMG A&R, A&R Admin, DMG Marketing and distribution team members to help facilitate commercial music and video releases.
  • Liaise with mastering houses, mixers, A&R, and external business partners, to coordinate, schedule, and trouble shoot asset deliveries.
  • Work with distribution partners to ensure all new release assets are uploaded to distribution Dam and Disney DAM.
  • Familiarity with Atmos/Immersive audio deliverables and specs.
  • Research and address any QC, mastering or track list issues quickly with delivering agency and distributor, keeping stakeholders updated on progress and resolutions.
  • Manage ongoing projects with 3rd party vendors including applications and project progress updates.
  • Attend and contribute to DAM working group, Data Curation Working Group, Production Schedule Working Group.
  • Application expert and DMG support for DMG DAM, Studio CDN, Repertoire database and routing tools.
  • Research asset requests and manage request volume for team
  • Provide project updates in weekly meetings with various departments within DMG.
  • Assist team curation specialist in normalization and cleansing of asset metadata.
  • Manage high security pre-release assets.
  • Contribute to additional asset and archive related projects as needed.
  • Problem solve and be a proactive contributor
  • Work within a collaborative team toward common goals and deadlines
