Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain process and ensure regular updates from EMEA markets on their delivery of 360 marketing campaigns + production assets.
  • Manage asset distribution and maintain accurate records (briefs/music and talent clearances etc.), develop the database to improve flow of communication and delivery to EMEA and Global teams.
  • Manage monthly Design resource allocation & asset creation/approvals with the Design & Marketing teams to hit EMEA & Affiliate delivery deadlines, and PR/ad hoc Design deadlines.
  • Work with local markets to ensure systems and training are in place for uploading to AdStream/ Wonderland etc (asset management systems).
  • Work with HUB management team and lead markets to plan and deliver campaign plans to support key titles.
  • Liaise with franchise, integrated marketing and programming to align calendar plans.
  • Manage and publish weekly marketing bulletin to EMEA channel teams.
  • Manage 3rd party relationship with Ad-stream / UK technical team/ Wonderland support.
  • Liaise with Global teams to be across all available assets/campaigns (inc 3rd party material).
  • Support markets where new channel launches/rebrands are taking place.
  • Work with Broadcast Ops/post-production teams at the EMEA level to explore new technology solutions and stay abreast of developments – oversee migrations to new cloud-based systems.
  • Work with in-house production and content teams to ensure all production assets are available, and to be across projects in development consistent with timelines identified.
  • Manage day to day workload of asset intern and oversee development across 12 months.
  • Contribute and participate in regular Regional calls with local creative and marketing teams.
  • Chair production team meetings as part of a rota.
