Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Customer Development Manager with the implementation of the Channel Strategy
  • Development & execution of the operational planning for Horeca & Hawker Hub Channels
  • Manage Channel performance through regular reviews & delivery of sustainable & impactful action plans & management of Ad Hoc initiatives.
  • Manage In Market Pack & Stick Pricing in Non-Org Channels & Hawker Hubs, through defining programs for consumers/customers in collaboration with Agency of Record.
  • End-to-End management of the operational plans for Horeca & Hawker Hub Channels with a focus on Consumer activation.
  • Define execution plans aligned to execution excellence/perfect store objective for all channels by customer segment with well defined KPIS’s used for assessment of plan effectiveness.
  • Lead the tracking of Non-Org in market performance & provide direction on action plans in collaboration with Deployment Team & Regional Managers
  • Lead the tracking of Horeca & Hawker Hubs in market performance & provide direction on action plans in collaboration with Deployment Team & Regional Managers
  • Define and develop toolkits and Field Force capability training to assist Field force in Pricing negotiation.
  • Execute the Margin Management for Excise Price Increases.
