Responsibilities

  • Carry out cashier and payments activities, such as accepting cash or checks of deposit, processing cash withdrawals, preparing cashier orders and exchanging foreign currencies, and processing local and overseas remittances
  • Liaise with the Operations Services department to resolve any issues and problems relating to incoming and outgoing remittances
  • Balance currency, cash and checks at the end of each shift
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain customers’ files
  • Assist in the post return registration management and the account O/D management
  • Collaborate with other teams to deliver a timely and accurate service
  • Ensure that all activities comply with compliance requirements as defined in the Bank’s policies and procedures
