Responsibilities

  • Lead the communication and production process for evolving retailer product description pages (PDPs), collaborating with agency partners and the Brand/Sales teams to improve on-site product content aligned to eCommerce best practices.
  • Manage and optimize digital content across various platforms (i.e., Amazon, Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, Well.ca, etc.), ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Brand Marketing Team, to build processes around asset collection & management, ensuring master data is appropriately incorporated into product content and help to create, edit, and publish engaging content for online channels.
  • Leverage and support the use of C&D’s internal Content & Product Data Management systems (Salsify and Syndigo), liaise with Global team on evolving standards.
  • Elevate digital asset management practices to ensure efficient organization, storage, and retrieval of multimedia content.
  • Lead development and create compelling and visually appealing digital content, including graphics, videos, and written materials that meets each eRetailers best practices.
  • Ensure all content adheres to SEO best practices to enhance online visibility.
  • Adapt product and brand content for eRetailer platforms, contributing to a seamless online shopping experience.
  • Syndicate eCommerce product content across the retailer network to meet organizational growth objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to understand content needs and align digital strategies.
  • Act as a key liaison between marketing, design, and development teams to execute cohesive digital campaigns.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to measure the performance of digital content and recommend optimizations.
  • Justify content decisions based on analytics, contributing to continuous improvement.
