Responsibilities

  • - Support the day-to-day management of the store and become a brand ambassador for Holland & Barrett
  • - Partner with the Store Manager to build a high performing team by recruiting, coaching, training, and setting clear expectations
  • - Act as a role model for world class customer service
  • - Drive financial performance with sales targets
  • - Maintain stock accuracy
  • - Set-up store promotional plans
  • - Ensure full compliance with health and safety
  • - Embark on a training programme that includes our “Qualified to Advise” and “Healthy Expert” qualifications which are accredited by our awarding body to Level 2 and Level 3
