Responsibilities

  • Supports the RM and team in client interaction in all respects
  • Attends to incoming calls and takes prompt action
  • Maintains and updates records of client instructions, details, and preferences. Creates system-based reports for the RM
  • Provides clients with verbal and/or written information and data, giving neither advice nor any statement of opinion as value judgement
  • Processes orders, trades, transactions, payments placement (outside e-channels) and handles and executes clients’ requests
  • Helps to promote and service dedicated Intermediaries e-channels
  • Monitors the maturity list for deposits, loans, trades; takes action where instruction is standard, seeks instructions (from RM or client) if necessary and required
  • Organises and follows up client meetings, including logistics and document preparation
  • Supports the RM in investigations and troubleshooting, maintaining close bank-internal cross-team/division collaboration
  • Full adherence at all times to compliance, legal guidelines, internal rules, regulations and policies
  • Is a first line of risk defence, through raising concerns, following up on issues and escalating as necessary
