Responsibilities

  • En collaboration avec votre directeur de magasin et le directeur adjoint, vous l’assistez dans la gestion globale de la boutique.
  • Vous vérifiez que toutes les conditions soient réunies pour maximiser le chiffre d'affaires, l'expérience shopping client et l'image impeccable de votre surface de vente.
  • Accompagné de votre directeur de magasin, vous assurez les analyses complètes et détaillées de vos ventes en self-service, et de vos ventes individuelles (réalisées par vos conseillers de vente), et mettez en place les plans d'actions en cohérence avec vos objectifs.
  • Ainsi que les analyses complètes et détaillées de la rentabilité du merchandising et plans d'actions appropriés sur la rotation du produit, le réapprovisionnement et la gestion du stock.
  • Vous menez et motivez votre équipe, en maintenant une atmosphère de travail agréable, énergisante et bienveillante.
  • Accompagné de votre directeur de magasin, vous suivez le recrutement, l’intégration, la formation, le développement et la détection des potentiels de l’ensemble de votre équipe.
