Responsibilities

  • Responding to investor diligence requests and providing supporting data and materials as needed
  • Supporting a reliable, scalable and forward-thinking process for answering investor questions, including Requests for Proposals (“RFPs”), Due Diligence Questionnaires (“DDQs”) and other internal and external communications
  • Maintaining the team’s content management system, Responsive (formerly RFPIO) and collaborating with subject-matter experts to ensure content is regularly reviewed and updated (or retired)
  • Updating and managing the diligence materials library and developing compelling, client-friendly materials that distinguish the Firm from its competitors
  • Developing relationships with key partners across the Firm to understand and clearly respond to product inquiries
  • Becoming an expert on Golub Capital products and developing a deep understanding of private credit
