Responsibilities

  • We have a fantastic opportunity for an Associate to join our fast growing Scotland team.
  • The work on offer is varied across all mainstream forms of finance and the successful candidate will be working on the full transaction lifecycle including drafting and negotiating security documents (both LMA and non-LMA form), negotiating intercreditor arrangements, overseeing conditions precedent processes and any other matters relating to live lending transactions.
  • With a consistent volume of transactions, this is an excellent platform to assume matter responsibility and there is ample opportunity to participate in client development initiatives.
