Responsibilities

  • Maintains and builds relationships with buyers, account executives and planning department.
  • Review weekly sales performance with buyers.
  • Review monthly markdown strategy within a plan with buyers.
  • Analyze customer business opportunities.
  • Suggest market assortment.
  • Run and maintain inventory reports
  • Track low / out of inventories & create suggestion for re-orers
  • Communications with all levels of customer service / production/ design.
  • Review customer purchase orders, ensure order accuracy
  • Work cross functionally to ensure production and account services have correct information for WIP & order entry
  • Ensure accuracy of product and factory information
  • Special projects as needed
