Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Advisory project teams and take ownership of specific tasks to design and deliver client engagements and projects, with guidance from more senior staff. Topics include, but are not limited to, responsible sourcing / ESG strategies, supply chain segmentation, carbon emissions / “Net Zero” policies and initiatives, human rights policies and manuals, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement. Tasks can include:
  • Research, information analysis and synthesis to address clients’ needs.
  • Complete composition of – or partial contribution to – written client deliverables like reports and presentations.
  • Communication with clients and presentation of deliverables to clients.
  • Data analysis in Excel or Power BI.
  • Contribute to proposal writing, as directed by Senior Consultants and other Senior staff.
  • Utilize, in a timely and accurate manner, LRQA’s business platforms and processes (CRM, time-keeping software, file-storage and file-sharing, etc.).
  • Develop thought leadership by contributing to written blogs, webinars, and newsletters and assist occasionally in marketing and communications.
  • Key health & safety responsibilities:
  • Eliminate or minimise employee exposure to risks by regularly reviewing the health and safety risk register, applying appropriate controls, communicating results of risk assessments, and ensuring health and safety is considered in the planning and execution of all LRQA activities.
  • Manage your own, and your team’s, compliance with health and safety rules, instructions, systems and legal requirements to ensure employees are suitably trained and adequate resources are available to work safely.
