Responsibilities

  • Develop an understanding of the RSM Data and Digital Services approach, methodology and tools
  • Responsible for the success of assigned deliverables & tasks
  • Ability to independently demonstrate components that you build/configure
  • Provide support in client workshops (discovery, design, etc.) by capturing notes, identifying & tracking action items and drafting deliverable documents
  • Provide support on projects implemented by you or any other projects and recognize when an item requires escalation
  • Become familiar with the project management (PM) framework and demonstrate competency in activities corresponding to your level
  • Participate in sales & scoping calls and assist with proposal preparation
  • Understand and participate in other practice initiatives
  • Achieve appropriate technical certifications, develop basic system knowledge & learn business processes relevant to your product
  • Must be able to configure basic system elements and build simple integration components with direction
  • Effectively managing relationship with customer technical leads and business stakeholders
  • Assist in creating project status documents for client delivery
  • Thinking proactively and acting with complete follow-through
  • Work collaboratively as a part of the team and communicate effectively with RSM consulting professionals in the U.S. daily
  • Ensure professional development through ongoing education
