Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of brand plans with the preparation of brand presentations, analysis, reports and business reviews.
  • Enable the creative process by collaborating with the brand team and agency partners to ensure brilliant execution across tactics, that ladder up to a clear positioning and creative idea.
  • Develop and manage the execution of marketing activities across relevant touchpoints, proposing adjustments to plans where appropriate, and ensuring measurement and evaluation processes are put in place early that reflect the objectives of each tactic.
  • Provide ongoing communication and act as a brand champion with the team to ensure alignment and execution on key initiatives while building collaborative and productive relationships.
  • Develop strong relationships with Finance, Supply, Sales and Customer Channel Marketing teams to enhance the overall brand experience for consumers.
  • Work closely with a variety of cross functional team members, oversee meetings, agendas and coordinate brand activation activities.
  • Manage the analysis and interpretation of brand performance to make key recommendations on brand activities, using sales and consumer data.
  • Assist in the development and management of A&P marketing budgets ensuring efficiencies in the annual plan.
  • Support the monthly invoicing process by working closely with the accounting team and vendors as needed.
