Responsibilities

  • Provides quality support to KYC Offboarding team to clear the cases on day-to-day basis.
  • Should be able to provide support independently and assist internal stakeholders and other internal requests that are flowing in Offboarding team’s queue.
  • To manage the ad-hoc tasks related to Offboarding tasks.
  • To have a clear understanding of KYC procedures related to Onboarding, Offboarding process.
  • To have a clear understanding of the Regulatory projects and risks related to the same.
  • To have a clear understanding of the different stages of the KYC.
  • Subject Matter Expert – Understand the process E2E and guide the team as the Subject Matter Expert on the multiple processes within the team and contribute positively to the various process improvement Initiatives.
  • Responsible for the quality and completion of own and Team’s work
  • People Management - Lead a team of support staff and professionals, including coaching, performance management and Development.
