Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will enjoy a challenging and varied caseload as well as progression opportunities. We have some very exciting projects, excellent work and loyal clients and we are looking for people that recognise the importance of balancing technical skill with outstanding client service.
  • Scope of work: planning (applications, strategic, certificate of lawful use/development, s106, permitted development rights, local plans, neighbourhood plans), CIL and the proposed Infrastructure Levy, biodiversity, nitrate and phosphate mitigation and constraints on development, highways agreements and advice on highways and rights of way, stopping up and diversion of highways and rights of way, traffic management orders, compulsory purchase orders and compensation and working with RE colleagues on planning due diligence.
